RELAX & UNWIND OCTOBER 2008

ROSH HASHANAH

I want to share with you the best piece of practical and simple advice which I was reminded of preparing for Rosh Hashanah.  "Judge yourself and others favorably."  Give people and more importantly yourself a break.  It is so important and beneficial on many different levels.  It's a simple idea but not always so simple to do.  Experiment with it.  See how you feel after you look at someone and say to yourself "what an IDIOT!!'  How does it feel?  Did you feel anxious?  Then do the opposite.  See how you feel after you look at someone and you say to yourself, "what a wonderful person!!"   Then realize the difference when you go out of your way to explain a person's actions in a good light. Notice the difference of how you and that person interact afterwards.  It is very difficult to break bad habits and to replace them with good ones, but it is worth it. Please try it out and let me know how it goes:  matt@jerusalemmasage.com

Secondly, I would like to thank you for an awesome year.  Thank you for allowing me to be your Massage Therapist and friend.  It is a privilege and blessing to work with you.

This time of year is to be devoted to introspection replacing negative behavior with positive actions and to make ourselves better people. Please take a moment and let me know if you have any suggestions how to improve my services for you,  I would really appreciate it!!   matt@jerusalemmassage.com
I wish you a Shanah Tova, a sweet, happy, healthy, peaceful and prosperous Year!!
