Matt was born and raised in beautiful, sunny Los Angeles, California. He studied Philosophy at Sonoma State University and received his BA in 1999.

After graduating college Matt spent two years at Shappelles/Darche Noam Yeshiva in Jerusalem.

Matt received his Massage Therapy Certification from the LA Vocational Institute in Los Angeles in 2000 and has been very successful in helping many people with various muscular pains and stress.  Matt continued his studies in Myofascial Release with world renowned John F. Barnes, P.T. and CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute before making Aliyah in 2003. Since Aliyah Matt has furthered his education and has continued to take higher level courses in CranioSacral Therapy, the Art of Subtle Palpation with Shmuel Berger, P.T., and is now studying body-centered counseling.
